We are looking for a Purchasing & A/R Assistant to start in September 2022. As a Purchasing Assistant, your duties and responsibilities include buying products, raw materials or services that are needed to maintain the smooth functioning of our operations.Responsibilities :Tracking the orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
Monitoring purchased products to ensure quality.Updating order details into our internal databases.Issuing purchase reports including the cost analysis.Ensuring stock availability and placing orders as and when required.
Verifying receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.Collaborating with the team to develop purchasing plans and find potential vendors.2.The duties of an A/R assistant include preparing invoices for parents, issuing bill reminders, recording payments using accounting software, balancing the accounts receivable ledger to general ledger balances, resolving discrepancies, making collection calls and processing liens for collections.
Responsibilities :Maintaining the billing systemGenerating invoices and account statementsPerforming account reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable files and recordsProducing monthly financial and management reportsInvestigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiriesAssisting in general financial management and analysis
