Good day,
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:Effective Analysis and Reporting:Action/administer the structured schedule for all necessary reportingScreen operational reporting needs to ensure qualityGenerate and analyse reports to identify exceptionsAssist with feedback on reporting when necessaryAssist with Time in Motion studies where required and consolidating and analyse dataEnsure operational reporting analysis, when required.Effective Operational Systems:Maintain applicable databasesEnsure regular meetings are held to discuss systems and processesSuggest and communicate recommended enhancementsCollaborate with systems users and developers to ensure problems are resolvedConduct pre-launch systems checksAssist with the efficient roll-out of new softwareSupport software users when necessaryMonitor systems implementation and usage and identifying exceptions and escalate appropriately.Compile and submit reports for auditing purposes and implement suggestions.Effective Administration:Order new equipment as and when requiredSupport Operations on repairs processes for equipment maintenanceProvide ongoing information regarding relevant policies, processes and proceduresConduct regular required audits
Capture project-specific data and ensure quality and accuracy.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Master degree on Management, IT … / Certification (IT, MIS or BI tool).Minimum Experience:3 – 5 years experience in a Business Support / analytical environment preferably within FMCGAdvanced excel experience.Position based in Casablanca.
